Below are our Terms of Service, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to always take care of both you, as a customer, or as a seller on our platform.
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement that informs you about what you can expect from us, what is expected of you, from our strategic partners and third-party service providers when interacting with our Platform and services.
Services and Disclaimer
We provide an array of services including 2 Party Ledgers, Invoicing, Reporting tool, Payables and Receivables Form creation and so on to serve as a complete business management software ("Service" or "Services").
You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purposes in the organization that you represent. You may download the application from the official website/ Google Play Store using the Internet. Once downloaded, you would need the internet connection for its usage.
It should be noted, OneGST tries its best to make Businesses compliant to the taxation and other laws as much as possible. But,it is solely your responsibility to see that you remain compliant with GST and other laws levied by the Government. OneGST in any case is not responsible for the violation of the compliance caused by software.
By downloading and/or taking any action on OneGST, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, android App, and iOS app alike.
When you take an explicit manual action for sending any documents (Reports, invoices etc in the form of pdf or excels) generated through the software to your contacts, you are granting permission to the software to share it to them via email on their behalf.
OneGST will not misuse the permissions for sending messages to your contacts from your account without your consent.
To comply with or as required by Applicable Laws, we may request additional information about you.
All applicable (i) statutes, enactments, acts of legislature or parliament, laws, bye-laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, listing agreements, notifications, guidelines or policies of any applicable jurisdiction; (ii) administrative interpretation, writ, injunction, directions, directives, judgment, arbitral award, decree, orders or consents of, or agreements with, any Governmental Authority or a recognized stock exchange; and (iii) international tax treaties, as may be in force from time to time
You own the content you create or store, and we respect your right to own the content you create or store. The use of the services grants OneGST the right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute the content created by them or stored in your account for any internal purpose. OneGST makes every effort to keep users' data secure but holds no responsibility in case of data leaks.
The company agrees under this agreement not to share your credentials with any third party or OneGST employees. Your credentials will be safe and secure, with no one having access to them except OneGST software. Furthermore, the credentials will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above.
